When you submit an inquiry, we collect your company, contact name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, topic and message. Necessary technical information may also be recorded for security and spam prevention.
How we use information
We use the information only to respond, assess requirements, arrange consultant follow-up, provide service information and protect the website. We do not sell contact information.
AI consultant conversations
Messages entered in Vision may be sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. Do not enter passwords, confidential drawings, government identifiers or other sensitive information.
Retention and security
General inquiries are normally retained for no more than 24 months. Contractual or legal requirements may require longer retention. We use access controls, encrypted connections and a protected administration area.
Service providers
Bound service providers may process information only as necessary for hosting, infrastructure, security or AI responses, or where disclosure is required by law.
